1. Overview

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, medicines, and healthcare consumables, Zaria Pharmaceuticals Private Limited maintains a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges to ensure patient safety and product integrity.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired upon receipt.
• The wrong product was shipped compared to your confirmed order confirmation.
• Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing photos/videos.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used.
• Cold-chain items, vaccines, or specific biological products once dispatched, unless damaged in transit due to logistics failure.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
